If there is any occurrence of a duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or the inability to complete your design order as outlined in our delivery policy, we guarantee a full refund of your entire design order amount.
In the event of dissatisfaction with any design services provided by Nest Tech Pro, you may submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial designs. It is mutually understood that satisfaction with your initial designs is presumed if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial designs' delivery.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. Nest Tech Pro, in accordance with the terms outlined in your user agreement, reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on an individual case-by-case basis.
